Day Eighteen

Day Eighteen... The day that the timeline tells us we should be experiencing "Tiger Blood" levels of energy. I'm not saying I am moving like a slug, but I'm not climbing any mountain prior to 7 a.m. either. I would say over all we had a pretty boring day, but we did break the endless egg cycle by enjoying smoothies for breakfast. And it also came to my attention last week that I should do a smoothie tutorial, as not all of us are quite as comfortable with - throwing a bunch of stuff in the blender and trusting that it'll be delicious - as others are.





Breakfast: Smoothies of Kale, Orange Juice, Almond Milk, Dates, and Mixed Berries
Snack: Apple and Almond Butter
Lunch: Spinach Salad with Egg, Almonds, Italian Chicken, Orange Dressing, Pepitas, Red Onion and Bell Peppers, Oranges, Veggies with Gauc
Dinner: Leftover Shrimp and Zucchini
Snack: Banana

I guess the gist of the story is that I'm feeling much more of the predicted Day 21 "I am so over this" attitude than the "Tiger Blood" unstoppable attitude. But we've come this far and we aren't giving up simply out of boredom. C'mon Tiger Blood, you could kick in any moment.
