Dinner: Leftover Spaghetti Squash and Italian Meatballs, Spinach Veggie Salad with Red Peppers, Red Onions, and Hard-Boiled Eggs
Snack: Veggies and Guac
Did you notice I didn't have any fruit on Day Twelve?!?! I didn't even realize that until I started typing this. And as we sat down to breakfast, I actually said to Jason, "I never thought that I would say this, but I actually missed our egg breakfasts the past two days." -- Who am I?!?! I guess that whole bit about how your tastes can change, it's happening... good things are happening!!
